The future needs
better ways of working.
Revolutions aren’t built by winging it.
Enriched Projects
[in-REECHT PRAH-jekts] Noun
a radical project management and business operations collective building liberative infrastructure for values-driven businesses, creatives, healers, activists, educators, and divergent thinkers changing the world.
Verb
to provide the nutrients, care, and support a mission needs to grow into its full shape without depleting the people behind it.
Our philosophy: We believe your vision matters.
Just as much as how it gets done.
We believe:
meaningful work and growth are possible without harm, overwork, or sacrificing bodies or relationships.
our values become real through everyday logistics and decisions, plans, timelines, workflow, roles, to-do lists, budgets, and communication.
clarity is care, chaos is costly, and sustainability requires infrastructure that prioritizes the people doing the work.
money matters, and so do time, energy, wellbeing, and collective resilience.
realistic plans and moving at a humane pace is a political act of resistance.
Together, we’re on a mission to rewrite culture and norms and create better work conditions that greatly benefit our nervous systems, relationships, missions, and communities.

Lauren (she/her)
Lauren is a late-diagnosed, neurodivergent human living in Asheville, North Carolina. With deep roots in the service + hospitality industry, she spent a decade romping around the concrete jungles of New York City & Austin, Texas, before the mountains finally called her home.
With a background as a financial coach and a growing project manager, she loves helping folkx turn their desires into doable realities. A self-described professional hype-human, she’ll tell you her most important job is helping clients celebrate their wins, especially the seemingly small ones. Lauren brings a wholeheartedness to every client relationship, with a deep belief in the harmony that comes from aligning your realistic capacity with your truest, deepest ambition.
She loves learning and that good good growth, always encouraging a healthy dose of f*ck around and find out energy. When she’s not supporting her clients, you can find her on a trail run with her Australian Cattle Dog pup, or soaking up the sun on her porch swing, with a juicy good book.
Fun fact: There’s a Dolly Parton concert category in my budget… just in case. 👸

Becca Rich (she/her)
Becca is a neurodivergent, chronically ill project & operations manager based wherever it’s above 70 degrees. Raised by a lineage of entrepreneurs, immigrants, farmers, and caretakers, she learned early how to be resourceful, adaptable, and deeply attuned to what it takes to survive and build at the same time.
She has an engineering degree and training as a Certified Scrum Master, Project Management professional, holistic coach (PCC), and hypnotist which means her work lives at the intersection of structure and intuition. Becca specializes in breaking big, overwhelming projects into tiny, realistic steps and following through in ways that honor real bodies, real lives, and real capacity.
Off the computer, Becca is married to a writer, has traveled to over 30 countries in her life, spent the last five summers living and working on a veggie farm, and constantly stays in conversation with her inner child. She is white, American, middle-class, formally educated, and committed to anti-oppressive, capacity-honoring work.
Magy Ortiz (she/her)
Magy is our multilingual, system sensitive thinker with a designer’s eye for clean layout and a nature fairy’s attunement to natural rhythms.
Her background as a graphic designer, ontological coach and project manager, gives her an eye for creating systems and operational structures that feel like coming home to yourself. She blends functional design and systems thinking with her Mexican roots and creative resourcefulness to make something work beautifully with what you have. Magy is also tool-agnostic and deeply cares about what works for you - and she will design a work experience that’s grounded enough to hold you and airy enough to let you breathe.
When she’s not immersed in supporting your projects, she’s singing to her cat Liam, writing the draft of her fiction book, taking long walks with her partner Fabian, or communing with flowers nearby - her name means Daisy, so it’s not surprising she’s a true nature fairy at heart.
Her signs: Sun in Gemini, Moon in Cancer, Rising in Sagittarius
Favourite flowers: Daisies and Hydrangeas
Favourite food: Chilaquiles and Ramen
