Here's how a Business Repair project goes:
Every project is a little different because every business and founder is unique. But this is the general shape:
1. Discovery call Before we start working together, we’d love to meet you and get a deeper sense of what’s going on in your business/brain/body. We’ll talk about what’s draining you and what you need. If we both feel working together would be a good fit, we’ll send you a proposal that includes an estimated scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Project-kick off We start with a strategy session to dream, create, and map out our project (aka what needs to be updated and built). This part is collaborative because you know your business, body, brain, and life the best and we know liberative business operations the best. Between us we'll decide on a way forward that will work, last, and feel good.
If you only need a strategy session, you'll take it from here yourself. You leave with a full recording of the call, a written summary, and recommendations doc.
3. We design & build This is the part where we design and build new systems, set up the tools, and document the processes for your business. Depending on the project, we may need to have a meeting with you but for the most part, we work asynchronously and reach out on Signal if we hit a question.
4. Close-out session When we’ve finished up, we meet back up and walk you through the system, the process, and how it all works. You ask any questions, we tie up any loose ends, we hand it over, and you get to go on your merry way.

It’s not for you if...
You're not aligned with the political foundation of this work. We operate from an explicitly pro-human, anticapitalist, anti-oppressive, and decolonial framework that shapes everything we build. If that's not your orientation, we're probably not the right fit.
You want someone to hand you generic business systems and templates. That's not what we do and honestly that's not what you need.
You're pre-revenue or not yet in business. This work is most useful when there's already something running that needs to run better.
