BUSINESS SYSTEMS BUILD (PROJECT)
We strategize, design, and build infrastructure that works for your brain & body in these four core areas of business:
Services (onboarding, delivery, offboarding)
Marketing & Sales (content marketing, consults, follow ups, networking)
Resourcing (money, time, energy, hiring, planning & decision making)
Back End (project/task management, tech, admin, organization)
We charge $150/hr for this type of work. Projects tend to take 2-3 weeks and start at around $1000-1500 USD. We have capacity for 1-2
ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
We run your business with & for you. We:
take over all the day-to-day logistics, tech, and admin of the biz
build out infrastructure in all four core areas.
think through decisions and ideas with you.
prepare you for hiring, delegation, and sustainable growth.
help you plan and prioritize more strategically.
help you manage your money, time, and energy more effectively.
We charge $150/hour for this type of work. Three month minimum starting commitment.
We work with founders at three different monthly capacities. 5 hours/mo ($750), 8 hours/mo ($1,200), or 12 hours/mo ($1,800)
