Your ideas and projects
can change lives.
The program you want to create that can help people heal deep wounds.
A curriculum you’re drafting could shift how a school, organization, or entire industry operates.
The mutual aid effort you’re dreaming of that could get resources into the hands of people who need them.
A community space you’re imagining could make someone feel less broken and alone.
The book, podcast, or substack that can radically help people think about and do things in a new way.
These aren’t small initiatives. They’re cultural shifting, ground breaking work.
The friction is that the more meaningful the work is, the more pressure
you feel. It would make total sense if you recognize yourself in any of this:
Feeling embarrassed or guilty about leaving your work on the back burner for months (or years)
Continuing to rewrite the tasks instead of taking action on the next step
Getting bogged down by all the tech, moving parts, and logistics
Sitting down to work and immediately remembering five other things that feel just as urgent, and go do them
Having so many brilliant ideas but can’t decide which one to start with
Starting strong and then losing steam when you get to the messy middle
Having pieces of the project scattered across notebooks, Google Docs, voice memos, and open tabs
Logging off most days feeling like you should have done more
We know these aren’t your fault.
Real Talk:
Your projects don’t stall because you’re lazy, lack
discipline or motivation, or don’t care.
They stall for many real and valid reasons.
For one, the ideas you want to bring to life require more than inspiration. It involves grounded clarity, hard decisions, organization, realistic planning, resourcing, communication, and sustainable follow through.
Most of us were never taught how to do any of that in ways that actually work for our unique brains and bodies. Especially if you’re neurodivergent, chronically ill, or disabled.
We were trained to move faster, push through, optimize, override our bodies, and tie our worth to output.
At the same time, we’re trying to do our work under chronic stress, political instability, economic pressure, collective grief, fractured attention, and systems that keep us under-resourced on purpose.
When complex, meaningful work meets under-resourced humans inside extractive systems… of course bringing your ideas to life feels like a clusterf*ck.
You’re not a failure. And this isn’t about trying harder.
The work you’re doing is bigger than one brain, one body, and one life can (and should) hold alone.
You’ve already done the hard part: imagining meaningful work.
With the right support, all the moving pieces come
together, and your ideas can actually land in the world.
That’s why Enriched Projects exists.
“I can’t even tell you how helpful working with Enriched Projects has been.
Just having a centralized place to work from has been a total game-changer. It’s helped me actually see how much I put on my plate and recognize what’s realistic (or, let’s be real, what’s not). It’s also shifting the way I think about my work—I’m not reacting to whatever is in front of me, but actually seeing the bigger picture and making more intentional choices.
Honestly, I feel more accomplished at the end of each day. I know what got done, what actually mattered, and what can wait. That alone is huge. This process is already changing so much for me, and I’m so grateful!”
- S, DEI Consultant
“I had the most life-changing month working with Becca! I built a whole website, re-launched my retreat sales page and registration, and made a whoooole lot of progress on rebuilding my offer suite.
I have historically felt like I was always behind, my daily to-do list was never completed. It left me feeling constantly overwhelmed. I was the queen of "always busy but getting nothing done". I'm also new to the ADHD world, so when Becca and I began working together I was very much still learning about my brain, how I worked best, and was eager for ways to be more efficient.
Becca was available to chat through any mental blocks I had come up with while I was working on these projects and I could feel her investment in my journey and my results. I am super thankful!
THANK YOUUU for the most potent month together!”

Radical project management is a hands-on partnership
to move your project from where it is now to done.
Without asking your brain or body to pay the price.
Here’s how we get your project unstuck:
1. CLEAR DIRECTION
If your brain feels like 47 open tabs and you don’t know where to begin, this is where we start.
You tell us everything. We sort through it with you. Together, we decide what actually matters right now and what can wait so you can finally focus.
2. GET ORGANIZED
Clarity helps. But without a realistic plan, starting still feels impossible.
We turn your vision into small, workable steps and build a plan around your real life, energy, and time. Not some productivity fantasy.
3. KEEP IT MOVING (at your pace)
This is where most projects fall apart.
Instead of losing steam, spiraling, or starting over midway, you have steady support. You don’t have to carry it alone. We check in regularly, untangle what’s stuck, whether it’s practical, mental, or emotional, and adjust the plan when life inevitably shifts.
4. CELEBRATE AND REST
The thing that lived in your head is now real!
We don’t rush past that. You get to actually take it in, see what you built, and feel proud of yourself. And from that solid place, you decide what’s next.
(This is for you if you usually finish things and immediately move on without ever feeling done.)
With Enriched Projects, your ideas stop living in tabs and notes. They land in the world, and you do it without burning out.
Ready to move your project from ideas to impact?
Questions your brain may be asking
-
Most “project support” approaches expect you to push harder, optimize, and sacrifice your time, energy, and well-being to get work done.
Enriched Projects is different. We practice anticapitalist project management. This means it’s human-centered and sustainable. We don’t ask you to override your body, nervous system, or life to make your work happen.
While we definitely create organizational systems that actually work for you, we don’t focus on the practical parts only. We also attune to and untangle the relational, mental, or emotional pieces that impact you and your project.
Plus while working with us, you’ll learn how to plan, organize, coordinate, pace, and follow through in a human way. You’ll use these skills continually into the future!
-
We’re highly organized (we’ve got lots of templates!), fun, sincere, compassionate, and sometimes a little sassy when we need to be.
We send you poems, memes, and songs. We celebrate every small win, even the ones you almost forget about.
We keep it real, supportive, and joyful… even when the work or world feels heavy.
We bring the human connection that makes following through possible and even fun.
-
We commonly support creativity-based projects, marketing, or small business initiatives.
This includes launching programs, building curricula, mutual aid projects, community spaces, books, podcasts, or other cultural-impact work.
We are values-aligned collective meaning we won’t take on any projects we feel are unethical.
-
Yes. We can either take on one large project at a time or a few small to medium projects in parallel.
-
Our work is specifically designed for us neurodivergent, chronically ill, or disabled folks. That’s one of the many reasons we’re different.
We meet your brain, body, and life where they are and help your work move forward without asking you to override your brain, body, or nervous system.
-
We reduce overwhelm in three main ways:
1) we take on all the executive functioning and logistical labor so you only need to focus on the project itself.
2) through techniques like hypnosis and coaching we can address habitual stress and overwhelm in the brain and body.
3) sometimes we can even take work off your plate and do it ourselves. this is agreed upon separately. if we’re bth down, it’ll be billed at an hourly rate.
The result ends up being clarity, steady progress, and a sense of ease and calm!
-
Our typical project container is three months to ensure that we make it through the messy middle part.
We start with a 90-minute clarity call. After that, we take all the planning and coordination off your hands. We’ll meet weekly for 15 minutes to go over the week ahead.
Between calls, you can message us asynchronously whenever questions or blocks come up.
At the end of the project, we close with a 60-minute reflection and celebration call.
The rest of the time is you doing the work, meaning there’s no extra stuff from us.
-
We charge by project.
The standard three-month container is $1,650 USD, which can also be broken into $550/month payments.
Additional project work you’d like us to do for you is billed hourly at $165/hour for strategy and $50/hr for execution and admin support.
-
You start with a simple application form to tell us about your project.
Once we review it, we’ll email you with the next steps. From there we can either do a 30-min get to know you chat or go right ahead and get started with the 90-minute clarity call.
Before working with you, I was struggling with fatigue, overwhelm and big dreams that I couldn’t get any traction on.
When I did have free time I didn't know which project to tackle. And so I would do housework and then feel resentment and frustration.
You helped me how to take my priorities, goals and dreams, organize them and then take small actionable steps. Now I've prioritized a good night of sleep. I was promoted at work. And more! There are actually 20+ accomplishments you've documented for me along the way!
– V, Catering Manager and Creative
I finally rebranded my website! It was a project I'd been sitting on for about 2 years.
- Catherine Beard, The Blissful Mind
While working with you, I took more time off in the last year and didn't lose any income while moving internationally.
